Tonight Mom & Dad took my sister to the ER. She's been admitted to the hospital. X-rays show that Ferdousi has pneumonia. They are doing additional blood tests. We'll know those results tomorrow. Please pray for my sister.
Hey Lady, Only 2 weeks left until our visit so you need to get better and get back home soon :). I was planning on painting the town with you - or at least your living room LOL! My prayers are always with you.

i remember one time when i had taken some hallucinogenic drug and sat mesmerized immersed in the beauty of breathing. i think about those visions regularly when running or biking and find myself out of breath. i have fallen away from that moment of intimate understanding but hold faith with the idea that i am so connected with the world around me that i take it in and become it with every breath. please breath deeply with me for a long time to come.
