more to come

This morning felt my hair as it came out in clumps. How sad and dreadful it seems. I knew with this second regiment of chemo it would, but I guess to what extend I did not know

Being this long in the hospital is becoming so boring and unfavorable to say the least.
Every morning is such a journey; do I feel pain, do I feel nauseated, do I feel dizzy, do I feel tired, etc. I am trying hard to keep it all going, but sometimes its not so easy. In those days I remind myself of the amazing people
that surround me.

I want to thank everyone who took the time to come see me. It was wonderful seeing you and spending some quality moments. To all others who have kept in touch in another manners I thank you too. Keep on doing exactly what you are doing.

  1. Think of you and pray for your healing and comfort every day. What is the address of the hospital so that we can send you cards and goodies there?

  2. Ferdousi, I often hear people say, in life, you are served what you can handle. We all know you are a tough cookie, but someone must believe that you are even tougher. As long as you keep your thoughts focused on the most important stuff, you will be OK. Think of the celebrities who shave their hair off just to be trendy. Your inner beauty will never, and could never be, overshadowed by anything.

Thinking of you every day, Neda.

  3. Ferdousi,

You are strong and you will pull through. Always thinking about you and praying for you. Here is a quote from Indian Proverbs that I always have posted:

“Life is not a continuum of pleasant choices, but of inevitable problems that call for strength, determination, and hard work”

You are strong and you will win.

    You are in our prayers,

    Steve

  4. Hi Ferdousi,

You are by far the strongest person I know. I think about you all the time and always keep you in my prayers. Stay strong. I hope the new treatment you are going through brings you the relief you need. Take care. Jackie

  5. hey Ferdousi

    thanks for the post.

i know women love their hair and yours was beautiful. it will come back.

whenever i shave my head to hide the fact for a few days that i've lost my hair i always feel
like the leaner and meaner me is ready to take on the foolish distractions. it's a guy thing
probably, but it's also a fighter's look, and i'm sure you wear it well, and you are still
    beautiful to me.

i've been thinking a little about the 4 or 5 feet of snow that was forecasted for jackson hole
and the Grand Teton area. there's is still so much to do and see-

    with love c/nc
